Creating a TipDirect profile is free, to get started all you have to do is create a profile. If you are using the product in the USA, we recommend using our US server, likewise, if you are in Europe, we recommend using the EU server. Using the server closest to your location will ensure that loading times are quicker.

If you are a guide working for a company and wish to use TipDirect, talk to your account owner. Account owners can add you to the company profile easily by entering your email, you will then receive an email that will allow you to create your company profile.

TipDirect Cards

Pair Your TipDirect Card:

Important: set up your account first and be signed in.

  1. Hold the card to the back of the device and wait for the prompt. [Use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code if your device isn’t NFC enabled.]
  2. Click the prompt, if are not already signed in you will be brought to the sign-in screen, enter your email and password.
  3. After signing in or if you are already signed in, you will see a ‘New Card ID Detected’ screen. Click Claim Card to pair the card with your TipDirect account.
