For the best experience inviting guides, we recommend you use the desktop view of TipDirect.
Adding guides to your account is as easy as simply adding the email address of the guide you would like to invite to your account, this can be done on an individual level or as a bulk upload of a .csv file containing multiple email addresses.
Once you send out the invite, the guide will receive an email address from TipDirect instructing them to create their guide profile under your account.

Resending/Deleting an invite
If you wish to resend or rescind an invite to a guide, you can do so under the ‘Manage’ tab.
Guide Account Permission Levels
Guide accounts do not have the same access levels as admin accounts, for instance, guides cannot access review or tour information.
