How to setup a promo code - 5 steps

Step 1. Click on the ‘Add New Promotion’ button on the sales and promotion tab

Step 2. Give your promo code a name

Step 3. From your pre-created tours, select the tours that the promo can be applied to

Step 4. Set the promotion details

Explainer:

Start and End Dates - the dates in which your promo is active for

Travel by Date Range - the dates in which a user can book to travel

Step 5 - Schedule the promotion

Yo will be returned to the sales and promotion screen where the promotion will now be visible in the table
