The rate and capacity can only be applied to create seasons. If this screen does not show any season to set the rate, go back to the previous step Activity Availability and create a season to add the rate and capacity.
Step 1: Select the season to which you want to add prices
Step 2: Set Ticket Categories
Add a title, i.e Adult, Child, Senior. You can add as many different participant categories as you wish. Each participant category must be given a minimum and a maximum age, set the participant type if you intend on distributing your tour over multiple 3rd channels i.e Get Your Guide.
Note: You can also add a note which will appear under the participant selection module in the checkout.
Once you have all participant categories set, press next to set the capacity.
Step 3: Set Maximum Capacity
Set a maximum capacity limit for each tour. Once a maximum capacity has been reached then the tour will no longer be available for purchase at that time slot.
This is most applicable to tours with specific starting times, however, if your tour has opening and closing times, then add in the maximum capacity allowed.
You can check the box to mark if the tour is private. Private tours can only be booked once. Checking the private tour button will prompt you to input the minimum number of participants per booking, Max participants per booking and the max amount of bookings per timeslot.
