To move a booking on the ticketing system first find the booking you wish to move in the bookings section. Within the booking table, under the manage column, you will find the button to ‘View’ the booking you wish to move.

Clicking view will bring you to the booking overview screen. At the bottom of this screen, you will see the ‘Move Booking’ button.

Clicking this button will bring up the move booking modal, on the left-hand side is the current booking information, change the details on the right-hand side for the new booking. You can:
You can also adjust the number of participants on the booking.
Note: changing a booking may have an impact on the price.

If there is an impact on the price when moving a booking, you will be prompted to take action in one of three ways:
Take Payment Now
This allows you to enter the card details of the customer and take the payment. Ideal for those who wish to book over the phone.
Payment on Arrival
This will allow you to mark the booking with a note stating that payment is due once the customer arrives for their booking.
The Payment Status will be marked as ‘Unpaid’ or ‘Partially Paid’ on the bookings screen and in the manifest overview.
