On the edit screen, there is a field called participants, this allows you to adjust the number of participants on the booking.
Note: Making changes to this field will have an impact on the price.
After you have adjusted the participants to the required amount, press ‘ Confirm Changes ‘
You will be required to confirm the price difference. If it is more than the original booking cost you will be presented with three options
Take Payment Now
This allows you to enter the card details of the customer and take the payment. Ideal for those who wish to book over the phone.
Payment on Arrival
This will allow you to mark the booking with a note stating that payment is due once the customer arrives for their booking.
The Payment Status will be marked as ‘Unpaid’ or ‘Partially Paid’ on the bookings screen and in the manifest overview.
