If you wish to cancel a booking, you can do so from the booking overview on the booking screen.

Find the booking you wish to cancel and then under the manage section, click the ‘View’ button to bring up the booking overview.

On the booking overview, In the bottom right-hand corner you will see the button ‘Cancel & Refund’.

Cancel & Refund Options

There are three options for cancelling and refunding, they are:

Cancel Only

Cancel a booking with no refund.

Cancel a booking with a refund. The refund can be for the full or partial amount of the initial booking.

Refund Only

This option allows you to refund the customer but keep the booking. The refund can be for the full or partial amount of the initial booking. This option is mostly to aid with customer service for unsatisfied customers.

Once you have selected the option and confirmed, the booking will be updated and you will be brought back to the booking overview.
